KEITH GUNTER
PASTOR
Keith has been married to his wife, Amy, for 20 years. They have 3 children: Autumn (16), Noah (14), and Macy (11). In 2011 they made Hendersonville, TN their home from Marietta, GA. Their call to plant a church in this community was a clear moment in which God was guiding them in a new way of experiencing Christ.
The Gunters are thrilled to be a part of such a caring community. You can usually find them outside enjoying the local parks, or riding bikes through the neighborhood.
Keith is the chaplain of the Hendersonville Rotary club, a member of Leadership Sumner (Class of 2013), on the organizing team for Sumner County Younglife, and a soccer coach. He has served as VP of the Sumner County Drug Court and as a board member of the Sumner YMCA.
He's a big fan of coffee, so feel free to reach out for a coffee meet up!
ALLY LUBERA
MUSIC DIRECTOR & MINISTRY ASSISTANT
Ally joined the New Creation Church family as our Music Director in 2020. Originally from La Grange, IL, she moved to Nashville in 2017 to attend Belmont University. She earned her B.M. in Commercial Music in 2020, and she's currently back at Belmont pursuing her master's.
As a singer/songwriter and instrumentalist, Ally can be seen performing at various venues around Nashville. Ally also works as a music educator, teaching locally and serving on faculty at Interlochen Center for the Arts and Country Music Hall of Fame. In addition to music, Ally loves rock climbing and her Great Pyrenees, Huckleberry.
In addition to leading our worship team on Sundays, Ally also serves as a youth leader, runs church communications, and coordinates NCC events.
JOHN RADZIMANOWSKI
CHILDREN AND YOUTH DIRECTOR
John joined the New Creation Church family in 2021 and is the Director of Children's and Youth Ministry. He and Carly have been married since 2010 and have three kids: Joel, Rowan and Kyan.
John is a big fan of Chicago and Nashville sports and an even bigger fan of playing and coaching volleyball.
While he doesn't like coffee, John Is all for getting a hot chocolate at a coffee shop and having a great conversation!

CHRISTY KOSTER
FINANCE COORDINATOR
Christy Koster is happy to work at New Creation as the finance coordinator! She is blessed with three awesome daughters: Kyra is in 8th grade at Ellis, Cassie is a junior at HHS and Kaitlin is a junior at Maryville College. They are a soccer family and travel quite a bit with the sport! Their favorite family member is their little rescue dog, Mila.
